INIU power banks work with iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, iPad, and most USB-C devices, and the PD models also charge small accessories like AirPods and smartwatches. A few things to check first: magnetic models attach to iPhone 12 and newer (other phones need a magnetic case), and the full 25W wireless speed only works on phones that support Qi2.2. Laptops need a USB-C port that accepts charging and a power bank with enough wattage. For flights, every model stays under the 100Wh airline limit, so it’s allowed in your carry-on — just keep it out of checked luggage, where airlines don’t permit power banks.
Charge the power bank fully before the first use, then connect your device with a USB-C cable or attach it magnetically. Speed depends on the model and your phone: the 45W models can take a phone to 50% in under 30 minutes, while 22.5W models take a bit longer. The advertised wattage is the maximum, and your phone only draws what it can handle. Every unit has overcharge, overheat, and short-circuit protection that cuts power automatically once the bank or your device is full, so leaving it plugged in overnight is fine. The magnetic model also carries Qi2.2 certification for wireless charging. As for the recall: in December 2025, INIU and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of about 210,000 BI-B41 10000mAh power banks with serial numbers 000G21, 000H21, 000I21, or 000L21, sold on Amazon from August 2021 to April 2022. If yours matches, stop using it and claim a full refund on INIU’s recall page. Units outside those batches aren’t part of the recall.
With normal use, the lithium battery inside an INIU power bank stays reliable for years. Modern fast-charging protocols control voltage and heat, so fast charging has only a small effect on battery lifespan compared with standard charging. Models with an aluminum shell also shrug off drops and scratches, and if something does go wrong, the 3-year warranty has you covered.
